British artist Curtis Holder’s drawing ‘Gaylene’ selected for the Royal Society of Portrait Painters Annual Exhibition 2022

I am delighted that the selection committee for The Royal Society of Portrait Painters have chosen my work ‘Gaylene’ for their annual exhibition held at Mall Galleries from 05 - 14 May 2022.

The exhibition is a celebration of the very best in contemporary portraiture nationally and internationally. Visitors can enjoy the Society’s artist members’ most recent works and discover new talents selected amongst thousands of applications for this show.

Every year, the RP exhibition offers the opportunity for exhibiting artists to win generous prizes and awards. This year, over £40,000 worth of cash prizes and awards will be given to the winners. Fingers crossed!

The people portrayed in this exhibition span every age and every field of human activity, reflecting life in contemporary Britain. The selection of work on display means it’s a perfect exhibition top visit if you are thinking of commissioning a portrait.
